Google recently expanded their Street View database. The latest region which has now been mapped by Google is Brazil, Ireland, and Antarctica.

With affordable south pole, is now officially the Street View service has covered all seven continents. As quoted from the PC Advisor, October 3, 2010, this achievement is significant considering the service only available for three and a half years.

Although popular, Street View along the way always gets the spotlight due to alleged violations of privacy and data collection methods.

Apart from these issues, Street View was made with very serious. Google sends driver fleet vehicles equipped with special cameras. They surrounded the streets around the world to compile a panoramic image, 360 degrees from all locations in the world.

Now, the collection of drawings has reached the end of the world. Now you can see what's on the south pole, or see what activities are performed by the penguins. Of course, chances are they will not mind.
